HIDDEN HOLLOW – TRAIL DEVELOPMENT

In 2010 the Shire of Narembeen was successful in a Department of Sport and Recreation Grant for the development of a walk trail at Hidden Hollow, Mt Walker.

The community is invited to walk the trail during February (early morning or late afternoon is best) and provide feedback in regards to its route and vantage points. The draft trail has been designed by Mike Maher an experienced trails consultant with input from the Narembeen Tourism Group.

The trail length is approx 2.7km – a length that would take users approximately 40 – 60 minutes to complete. It is intended that in the future interpretative signage will be installed along the route describing the human history of the area.

The trail map is available online from the Shire of Narembeen. Feedback can be directed to Caroline Robinson on PH 9064 7308 or E caroline@solum.net.au
