Community Konga Session – Drop it like it’s hot for World Mental Health Day

To support Mental Health Week 2019 the Narembeen CRC with the support of Move & Nourish with Kasse will host a one hour free KONGA® dance workout at the Narembeen Town Hall on Thursday 10th October (WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY).
WHAT TO EXPECT? A high-energy, endorphin pumpin hour long Jungle Body KONGA
® workout fusing boxing, Cardio, Dance & Pilates for ALL ages hosted by Jungle Body Coach Kasse McCummiskey. KONGA® is a great boost to health and happiness.
IT’S FOR ANYONE! Anyone and everyone of all ages can attend and there is no experience required. This is a family friendly event!
TICKETS? You won’t need any as this is a FREE event funded by the Government of Western Australia, Mental Health Commission and Lotterywest. All you need to bring is a water bottle, sweat towel and yoga mat (only if you have one).
