Small businesses and charities on an eligible tariff as at 2 February 2021 already received a $500 credit to their Synergy or Horizon Power account.  Businesses and charities who are billed by third parties and meet the scheme criteria are able to apply to RevenueWA for an equivalent payment.  This includes businesses and charities with premises on an embedded network, sub-meter, supplied by an alternate energy supplier or otherwise billed by a third party.

Applications are now open and will close 30 September 2021.

Applicants should visit www.WA.gov.au/energycredit for full eligibility criteria and information about how to apply for the credit.  They can also contact the business electricity credit team directly on (08) 9262 1165 or by email at sbcec@finance.wa.gov.au.
