It’s time to start thinking about who you know that is doing amazing things in the Narembeen community!
The Community Citizen of the Year Awards gives you the opportunity to reflect on the positive impact of people and groups who are engaged and committed to your local area, whether they live there or the area benefits from their work, so that we can all celebrate their outstanding contribution. Because we’re all part of the story.
The Awards are made up of four categories:
• Community Citizen of the Year
• Young Community Citizen of the Year (under 25 years of age)
• Senior Community Citizen of the Year (over 65 years of age)
• Active Citizenship (Group or Event)
Nominations can be made for contributions to education, health, fundraising, voluntary services, business, sports, arts, the environment, social inclusion or any other area that enhances the wellbeing of the community.
Nominations for the 2022 Community Citizen of the Year Awards are now open until 31 October 2021 and can be submitted at https://www.citizenshipawards.com.au/nominate/
