Shire of Narembeen Annual Electors Meeting

In accordance with section 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, Public Notice is hereby given that the 2019/20 Annual Electors Meeting will be held at 3.30pm on Wednesday 3 February 2021 in the Council Chambers, 1 Longhurst Street, Narembeen

In accordance with regulation 15 of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 and 5.27(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 matters to be discussed are summarised hereunder:

  1. Receiving of Minutes from the 2018/19 Annual Electors’ Meeting
  2. Business Arising from previous minutes
  3. Acceptance of 2019/20 Annual Report: Year ending 30 June 2020.

       The Annual Report Includes:       President’s Report

                                                            Chief Executive Officer’s Report

                                                            Auditor’s Report

                                                            Annual Financial Report

  1. General Business – may be raised by a majority of those present or at the discretion of the Presiding Person.

Note: Copies of the 2019/20 Annual Report are available from the Office of Council at 1 Longhurst Street, Narembeen WA 6369, during normal business hours. Copies of the Annual Report can also be found on Council’s website at www.narembeen.wa.gov.au.
