The Shire Administration Office and CRC will close 12pm Friday 19th December 2025 and Re-open Monday 5th January 2026.
The Shire operates the Emu Hill Public Cemetery, which is located on the Emu Hill East Road, approximately 5km south east of Narembeen. Council's Cemeteries Local Law (in conjunction with State legislation) governs how the cemetery is operated.
The Shire can assist with enquiries concerning grave locations, grave and niche reservations, production of niche wall plaques and associated fees.
