Road Closures

KONDININ NAREMBEEN ROAD

The Kondinin Narembeen Road will be closed between Saleyard Access Road and Mt Walker Road for bridge and roadworks.

Commencing: Monday 23 March 2026

Completion: Thursday 2 April 2026

Stage 1: Monday 23 March - Sunday 29March

There will be detours in place using the following roads:

All vehicles can detour via Dayman Road and Longhurst Street
Non-RAV vehicles can detour via Stockyard Access Road/ Longhurst Street and Mt Walker Road

Please note that the road closure for Kondinin Narembeen Road Stage 1 will end at 4.30pm Thursday 26 March due to anticipated weather caused by Tropical Cyclone Narelle

The road will continue to operate under traffic management signage.

Stage 2: Monday 30 March - Thursday 2 April

Kondinin Narembeen Road- will be closed between Longhurst Street and Emu Hill East Road

Mt Walker Road- will be closed between Kondinin Narembeen Road and Narembeen South Road

There will be detours in place using the following roads:

All vehicles can detour via Dayman Road and Longhurst Street, Kondinin Narembeen Road to Emu Hill East Road and Narembeen South Road.
Non-RAV vehicles can detour via Stockyard Access Road, Narembeen South Road and Emu Hill East Road.

The road closures are subject to weather impacts and may be changed.
