Recreation Centre

The Recreation Centre provides leisure and recreation opportunities to suit the needs of the current and future population that are designed to increase community participation and a better quality of life.

The Recreation Centre is the sporting hub of Narembeen. With tennis courts, football and hockey ovals and a cricket pitch making outdoor sport a real breeze.

The Narembeen Recreation Centre is a multi purpose recreation facility, is fully licensed to cater for conferences, sporting club events and community social events.

The Recreation Centre showcases the Narembeen Hawk (pictured above). The Hawk has an impressive 2.5m wingspan and includes 1,000 individually cut feathers, it took 260 hours to complete. The sculpture includes metal collected from around the district, with some metal dating back to the early settlers of Narembeen.

When choosing a venue for your next function, consider the Narembeen Recreation Centre. The centre offers a variety of facilities to suit any occasion. Rooms are available for various size conferences and seminars. Each meeting or event can be tailored to meet your individual requirements. There is an extensive range of presentation and audio visual equipment available. Ample parking is also available.
