Property Information

In partnership with St John Ambulance Narembeen Sub Centre, Narembeen Volunteer Fire and Emergency Services (VFES), and the Shire of Narembeen, we are undertaking a community canvassing initiative to collect the most up-to-date property information. The purpose of this project is to support emergency response services and ensure that both emergency services
and the Shire maintain accurate and consistent property records.

Accurate property information assists emergency responders in locating and accessing properties efficiently and safely during incidents. Information collected through this process will be cross-referenced with existing records to identify and correct any gaps or discrepancies. In addition to improving emergency response outcomes, this initiative supports the accuracy and integrity of the Shire’s rating system.

Confirming property ownership details, assessment numbers, and addressing information helps ensure rates are applied correctly, reduces inconsistencies across systems, and minimises the need for future corrections or objections. All information provided will be used solely for these stated purposes and managed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. By providing this information, you acknowledge that the details submitted are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
