NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF LAND
In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) (a) of the Local Government Act (1995), the Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of Lots 69 and 70 Cheetham Way, Narembeen to Wayne Hooper and Holly Burns for $50,000.
Council declares the market value of Lots 69 and 70 Cheetham Way, Narembeen to be $44,800.
Submissions are invited from the public on the proposed disposal and will be received up to the close of business on Friday 12th March 2021.
Submissions can be emailed to ceo@narembeen.wa.gov.au or mailed to the attention of the Acting CEO, 1 Longhurst Street, Narembeen 6369.
