The Shire of Narembeen would like to extend a warm welcome to our Acting CEO - David Blurton and Executive Manager Corporate Services – Tamara Clarkson. 

David held the position of CEO with the Shire of Collie for 8 years and during that time oversaw significant changes within the Shire of Collie including the revitalization of the central business district, the expansion of Collie’s trails network and significant sporting infrastructure upgrades. 

Tamara held the position of Project Officer (Office of the CEO) with the City of Rockingham and during her time implemented a range of HR and Governance policies and was responsible for the development of the Economic Development Strategy and Advocacy Plan. With a background in Community Engagement and Development, Tamara is passionate about working with the community to achieve the best outcomes for everyone.

Councillors and staff look forward to working with you both over the coming months on some exciting local projects.
