At the October 2019 Council Meeting, Council approved to enter into a lease agreement with Explaurum Operations for a portion of land located at Avoca Farm for the purpose of an accommodation village.  At the August 2020 meeting, the lease between the two parties was officially signed and sealed.

The Shire of Narembeen looks forward to working closely with Explaurum (Ramelius) on the Tampia Gold Project.
